Founded by Jefferson Ovalle, who brings over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, and his partner Fiorella Freile, who joined the real estate investment industry five years ago, we are passionate about creating beautiful homes.


What began with house flipping in 2019 expanded into rental properties and eventually led to our focus on new construction.
